Exchanges & ReturnsExperience hassle-free returns and exchanges with our clothing line. We at REPULO'S taken every measure to ensure a seamless process for you. While we strive to make it effortless, there are a few simple guidelines to follow to make your return or exchange a breeze. Customers have the right to return or exchange goods within fourteen (14) days of receipt if the goods do not meet their expectations regarding shape, dimensions, style, color, or size. To qualify for a return, the goods must be unused (new) and accompanied by the original packaging, seals, labels, and receipt. Certain items, such as gift cards, underclothes, and bodysuits, cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds for returned goods will be processed within ten (10) banking days from the date of receipt of the returned items. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the seller, and the seller does not reimburse these expenses. Custom-sized items made to the buyer's body measurements cannot be refused if they are of proper quality and can only be used by the buyer who purchased them. Late of missing refundsPlease understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
