Designer’s Story: The ‘Halo’ Cowl Neck Long Sleeve Dress by REPULO’S

Hello, my name is Kateryna Nechyporenko. I am the founder and designer of REPULO’S. Sometimes it feels like creating dresses is not enough—I want to tell you more about them, about the people behind them, and why our designs are truly special. Each piece is made in our own production facility in Ukraine, where I work side by side with my mother and my family. That personal touch, that dedication, is what makes every REPULO’S dress unique.

Why I Created the Halo Dress

When designing the Halo dress, I thought about women who want to stay elegant, feminine, and powerful even during the cold months. Too often, winter evening wear sacrifices comfort for beauty, or beauty for warmth. I wanted to prove that you can have both.

The draped cowl neckline flows naturally, creating a sensual yet sophisticated look. The structured shoulders give confidence and balance, while the long flared sleeves add elegance and graceful movement. The pleated midi skirt completes the silhouette, bringing femininity and timeless charm.

Crafted from a premium blend of viscose, polyester, and elastane, the dress feels both soft and structured. The white version is fully lined with cotton for perfect opacity. Every detail is intentional—because I believe a dress should not only look beautiful but also feel perfect to wear.
